With the crosstrainer OPTIMA 100 you always stay on the optimal track with your fitness program. The easy-to-use training computer shows you your heart rate, pedal revolutions per minute, training time, speed, distance and energy consumption at a glance. Hand sensors with which you can check your pulse are attached to the ergonomically shaped handles. And after each workout unit, you immediately get the respective average value of your latest performance.
The 12 kilo flywheel mass is moved in an even rotation and makes your training particularly pleasant. You can individually adjust it to your level with 8 resistance levels.
The OPTIMA 100 is built with the usual Kettler stability. With it you can really work off in the stressful everyday life or work out in the comfort of your own four walls.
