Delivery Terms

  • Standard delivery is strictly to ground floor level, subject to accessibility of premises. If the use of a crane/lifter is required the cost of hiring such equipment and any permits required shall be the Buyer’s responsibility and cost.
  • Non-Stock Items: Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including supplier availability or macroeconomic conditions.
  • Stock Items: Estimated delivery times are provided at purchase, with final confirmation by our representatives. We are not liable for delivery delays due to operational issues. Delivery schedules are subject to change based on environmental factors at the time of the order.

Delivery Personnel Obligations

Our delivery personnel are expected to perform their duties with care. Any damage caused during delivery or failure to meet performance obligations will be addressed promptly. Please report any issues within 24hrs to our customer service team (+356 22483000 Mon-Fri 9.30am-4.30pm).

Purchase of Products

  • .1 General: Our website allows you to purchase Products or Services in accordance with these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review and accept the terms with each purchase.
  • .2 Orders: Your order is an offer to buy a Product or Service. After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email, which acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee product availability. A sales representative will confirm your order and delivery/collection details. If an item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative or receive a refund.
  • .3 Order Modifications: To modify your order or delivery details, contact us via email at web@tiptopsports.com or call on 22483010 (Mon-Fri 9.00am-4.30pm) with your order number at least 48 hours before delivery. Changes are subject to stock availability and delivery slot availability.
  • .4 Payment: Ownership of the purchased products remains with Defiant Commercial Ltd until full payment is received and verified. Payment can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer. A valid company receipt is required for payment verification.

Nutrition and Fitness Products

  • .1 Nutrition Products: Items in the nutrition category must be used according to the product label. The company is not liable for misuse or excessive consumption. Users should consult a specialist if they have medical conditions.
  • .2 Fitness Equipment: Fitness products must be used in accordance with the instruction manual. The company is not liable for improper use. Users should consult a specialist if they have medical conditions.

Cancellation and Return Policy

  • .1 Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled by notifying us at least 48 hours before the delivery date. Late cancellations or missed deliveries without notice will incur a charge of €25.00.
  • .2 Non-Stock Items: Pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled. A 50% deposit is required for pre-orders, which is non-refundable.
  • .3 Returns: Returns must be approved by our after-sales department and comply with the following:
    • Items must be in original packaging and condition.
    • Returns are only accepted with a valid fiscal receipt or invoice.
    • Items approved for return must be exchanged within 14 days.
    • Defiant Commercial Ltd reserves the right to decide on refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements.

Pricing and Payment Terms

  • .1 Pricing: The price of Products is as indicated on the Site, except in the case of obvious errors. Prices include VAT but exclude delivery and assembly costs.
  • .2 Payment: Accepted payment methods include vouchers, cash, credit, or debit cards. Payments must be validated by the card issuer.
