Easy to install

A full hardware kit is included with this wall-mounted bar. Simply use the hardware to mount the pull-up bar wherever you want. Instructions for the assembly are provided as well. 

Anti-Slip Padded Handles

The bar features 4 pairs of foam handles for maximum grip and comfort. This allows you to hold on to the bar without getting cramps, burns, or slipping during your home workouts.

Versatile

The bar features multiple grip pads placed for multiple types of pull-ups and chin-ups. The angled grip pads allow you to perform wide-grip pull-ups, this movement targets your lats. The second pair of grip pads are found next to the angled ones. These are the generic width apart for performing pull-ups and hanging. The neutral grip pads allow you to perform neutral grip pull-ups these target your back as well as your biceps. Finally, you have the middle grip pads which can be used to perform chin-ups.
